Description: Vest are very popular this season. The Soundtrack Vest is a great piece to have in your wardrobe for layering. Take this class to make this vest using 2 contrasting colors – used one way on the bottom and reversed for the top in a simple slip stitch pattern.

Must know how to: cast on, work in the round, knit, purl, basic slip stitch knitting

Purchase Pattern on Ravelry: Soundtrack

Worsted Weight Yarn: Blue Sky Fibers Woolstok OR Malabrigo Rios

Color A = dominant color for the bottom and Color B is the dominant color for the top of the vest

Knitting Needles: US 7 & 8 or size needed to make gauge

Read the patten

Know what size you want to make. Pattern is written with 6-10” of ease, you may want to go down a size.

Make a Gauge Swatch

Pattern Gauge: 19 stitches and 36 rows = 4” in the slipped stitch pattern in the round

Work a gauge swatch in your chosen yarn and adjust needle size as needed
