Knit Lab is a technique class where we will focus on one topic. This is a demonstration and hands on class.

Bring smooth, light to medium colored worsted weight yarn with appropriate knitting needles and crochet hook. Size 8 needles and G hook would work well.

Easy Beaded Scarf with Diane Augustin

Have you ever wanted to learn how to knit with beads? Learn the basics of knitting with beads and knit this simple, yet elegant, Easy Beaded Scarf. This is a very easy pattern from which to learn a bead knitting technique. This scarf is so pretty!!
Selvage edge stitches at the beginning and end of each row will also be used in this project. The scarf is approximately 4 1/2” wide x 48 “ long, using approximately 200 yards of any dk weight yarn. Prestring 6/0 TOHO seed beads before knitting.
For a longer scarf, select additional yardage and continue in the pattern.

Maggie's Kid's Craft Club
We are so excited to start a Kid's Club at our shop! This is a kids only group designed for working on a project already in progress where children can practice their skills. This is not a learn to knit or crochet class. Maggie will be on hand to help with knitting or crochet projects.

Mosaic knitting is such an easy color work technique. The pattern is worked then the colors are switched, and the pattern is worked again - this is called Shadow Mosaic.
This project uses fingering weight yarn in 2 high contrasting colors.
